We are currently seeking a dependable, hardworking, and guest-focused House Aide to join our Housekeeping Department at Courtyard by Marriott. This house aide position is vital in maintaining the cleanliness and overall aesthetic of all public areas throughout the hotel, including the lobby, hallways, elevators, restrooms, fitness center, and meeting rooms. Attention to detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the housekeeping team are crucial for ensuring guests enjoy a spotless and inviting environment. The role also involves supporting Room Attendants by assisting with room preparation tasks, such as stripping rooms and handling deep-cleaning projects.

The House Aide will also manage housekeeping carts, linen closets, and supply rooms by restocking linens, towels, and guest amenities. Providing prompt and courteous delivery of guest requests such as towels, pillows, blankets, cribs, and rollaway beds is an important aspect of the role to enhance guest satisfaction and comfort. Additional duties include removing trash and soiled linens from public areas and guest room floors, vacuuming hallways, cleaning glass surfaces, dusting furniture, and maintaining overall cleanliness standards in line with Marriott brand policies.

Safety and maintenance awareness are prioritized, as the House Aide is responsible for reporting any maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or damaged equipment to the appropriate departments, ensuring a safe environment for guests and staff. Proper handling and storage of housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies are standard operating procedures for this role. The successful candidate must demonstrate strong attendance, punctuality, and flexibility in scheduling, including the ability to work weekends and holidays.
