As a House Person, you will play an essential role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of public spaces within the hotel. Your responsibilities will include supporting the housekeeping staff by cleaning hallways, lobbies, and elevators, removing trash, delivering linens and supplies, assisting with deep cleaning projects, and responding to guest requests enthusiastically. This hands-on role requires physical activity, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks required by the role
- Effective communication skills
- Dependability and punctuality
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail

- Reliable and able to work independently

- Housekeeping or janitorial experience is helpful but not required
- Flexible to work any shifts, including holidays and weekends
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain hallways, elevators, lobbies, and public areas
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout the hotel
- Deliver linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies to room attendants
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and room refresh tasks
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, closets, and storage spaces
- Respond to guest requests when needed
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns immediately
- Support housekeeping leadership with special projects and daily operations
