The company is committed to innovation, artistry, community, and sustainability, working to create memorable and meaningful experiences that inspire and unite audiences worldwide. AEG’s dedication to diversity and inclusion ensures that the company reflects the vibrant communities it serves while also minimizing its environmental impact through sustainable business practices.

The House Manager plays a critical role within AEG’s operations team by overseeing event management and venue operations across multiple regional locations. Focused on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and friendly environment at all events, the House Manager must have strong leadership and communication skills. This role also involves tracking incident reports, collaborating with departments like legal and human resources, and engaging in venue improvement projects by conducting return-on-investment analyses and overseeing capital projects to completion. The position requires someone who is proactive and organized, able to manage multiple priorities effectively, and comfortable working flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Arts or Sciences degree in Business Management or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in event and venue operations, including managing private and concert events, artist communication, and settlements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strong project management capabilities are essential. Experience in the music and live entertainment industry is highly preferred but not mandatory. Compensation for this part-time role ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 per hour. While this position is not eligible for bonuses under the current plan, part-time employees may qualify for benefits subject to ACA guidelines.

AEG is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants without discrimination and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local employment laws. The company reserves the right to modify job duties or require employees to perform tasks outside their normal responsibilities to meet business needs.
