Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in private household management or high-end housekeeping
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings and weekends
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
- Ability to manage household tasks, supplies, and vendor coordination
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to handle physical housekeeping duties and event support

Job Duties
- Maintain exceptional cleanliness and organization throughout the residence
- Perform daily housekeeping duties with high attention to detail and consistency
- Manage all household laundry including sorting, washing, folding, ironing, steaming, and proper care of delicates, Coordinate dry cleaning services including drop-off, pickup, inspection, and proper storage
- Ensure closets, drawers, and storage areas remain organized and well-maintained
- Manage household supplies and shopping, ensuring all items are fully stocked, organized, and replenished proactively
- Assist the Chief of Staff with overseeing maintenance schedules and coordinate with service providers such as landscapers, handymen, cleaners, repair technicians
- Coordinate vendor access, supervise work when needed, and follow up on completed services
- Lead home organization projects and manage seasonal transitions such as wardrobes, linens, and décor
- Ensure the home is guest-ready at all times
- Handle household errands including grocery shopping, dry cleaning, returns, shipping, and receiving packages
- Maintain detailed knowledge of household preferences, routines, and standards
- Create and maintain a welcoming, comfortable environment for residents and guests
- Assist with the preparation, execution, and cleanup of dinner parties, gatherings, and hosted events
- Support event setup including table settings, décor preparation, staging, and coordination with vendors such as chefs, caterers, florists, rental companies
- Assist during events as needed including serving, replenishing items, maintaining cleanliness
- Handle post-event breakdown, cleaning, laundry, and restoration of the home
- Be available for occasional evenings and weekends when events or hosting require support
- Run personal errands and handle ad hoc tasks as needed such as shopping, pickups, returns
- Assist with travel preparation including packing, unpacking, laundering, and organizing clothing and personal items
- Support the Chief of Staff with special projects and household-related initiatives
- Provide flexible support as household needs evolve
