The ideal candidate will be someone who values teamwork and is motivated by the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of seniors. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and interested in engaging with the senior population in a friendly and supportive way. TerraBella offers a dynamic work environment infused with core values such as teamwork, integrity, compassion, and creativity. Employees receive competitive compensation with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, paid time off, holidays, a 401(k) plan with employer match, and wellness-related benefits. Moreover, TerraBella invests heavily in professional development, offering paid training and career growth opportunities that help team members build meaningful and rewarding careers.
Working at TerraBella means being part of a community that embraces change and innovation to continually improve the lives of its residents and the workplace experience for its employees. The company is an Equal Opportunity Employer, celebrating diversity and creating an inclusive work culture where all team members can thrive. Candidates with disabilities who meet the job's essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations are encouraged to apply. TerraBella Senior Living prioritizes regulatory compliance and requires successful completion of background screenings and other necessary verifications to ensure the safety and security of its communities.
