We are currently seeking Housekeepers to join our small and mighty team at Merry Maids of Council Bluffs/Omaha. As a Housekeeper, your primary role will be to ensure a clean and orderly environment for our customers. In this position, you will work solo maintaining a recurring set of customer homes every week, allowing you to build relationships with clients and provide consistent cleaning services. You will be responsible for routine housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and cleaning bathrooms. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working independently and take pride in making homes sparkle.

At Merry Maids, you have the flexibility to build your own schedule with full or part-time day shifts available from Monday to Friday. Importantly, there are no night shifts, weekends, or holiday work required. You will receive all necessary training, supplies, and uniforms to perform your job effectively. The work culture is designed to be team-friendly and supportive, encouraging employee recognition and providing opportunities for bonus pay. Pay for team members starts at $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, with additional earnings possible through tips and bonuses. During the initial training period, pay is $15.50 per hour.
