Job Requirements

valid driver s license and insurance
at least 21 years of age
authorized to work in the United States
ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 7:45am to 5pm or later
dependable and punctual
positive attitude
physically able to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 15 pounds
enjoy working in a team-oriented environment
no prior cleaning experience required

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality or customer service is beneficial
valid driver s license and insurance
ability to work full-time on weekdays
strong interpersonal and communication skills
positive attitude and reliability
ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
willingness to learn and develop professional cleaning techniques

Job Duties

perform professional residential cleaning services including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing, and wipe downs
travel between customer homes using company vehicle
maintain cleanliness and organization of work supplies and equipment
adhere to safety and health regulations when handling cleaning chemicals
build and maintain strong relationships with customers through outstanding service
report any customer concerns or additional work requests to management
attend training and development sessions to improve skills and advance career
