The role of a Team Member at Two Maids and A Mop is designed for individuals who are dependable, enjoy active work environments, and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service. This is a day shift position with no nights, weekends, or holiday work, providing a healthy work-life balance for team members. The compensation ranges from $100 to $200 per day plus tips, with additional incentives such as a $200 referral bonus, mileage reimbursement, and weekly bonuses for driving. Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
  • Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
  • Willing to work in an active, physical job environment
  • Good work ethic and enjoy interacting with people
  • Ability to pass background check if required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods

Job Duties
