Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Able to work Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Own a reliable vehicle and have a valid driver’s license
- Willing to work in an active, physical job environment
- Good work ethic and enjoy interacting with people
- Ability to pass background check if required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in cleaning, hospitality, or related fields advantageous
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment
Job Duties
- Provide residential cleaning services including routine maintenance and deep cleaning
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure high-quality service
- Interact professionally and courteously with clients
- Manage daily schedules and routes effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of cleaning equipment
- Drive company or personal vehicle as needed for travel between job sites
- Report any customer feedback or issues to management
