Job Requirements
- Must be 21 or older
- reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- smartphone with data access
- access to washer and dryer
- ability to pass background check and drug screening
- availability for 25-32 or more hours per week
- ability to travel daily to service areas including Anthem, El Mirage, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Phoenix, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Vistancia, Waddell, and Youngtown
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively in English
- valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- experience in residential cleaning or similar role preferred
- positive attitude and strong customer service skills
- basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Provide high-quality cleaning services to residential properties
- travel daily to assigned service areas using a reliable vehicle
- maintain punctuality and excellent time management
- use cleaning equipment and supplies safely and effectively
- communicate professionally with clients and team members
- follow company policies and procedures regarding cleaning and safety
- participate in training and team meetings to enhance skills and knowledge
