This is a full-time position with competitive pay ranging from $22.00 to $25.50 per hour, with top cleaners earning over $1,100 per week. The company supports work-life balance by offering no night, weekend, or holiday shifts, and provides paid training starting at $18 per hour. As a Cleaner at Legion of Clean AZ, you will be responsible for delivering highest-quality cleaning services to residential clients in various locations including Anthem, El Mirage, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Phoenix, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Vistancia, Waddell, and Youngtown. The role requires reliability and a positive attitude, along with pride in creating clean, comfortable environments that enhance clients' lives. You will be expected to use your own vehicle to travel daily between service areas, making punctuality and good time management essential. Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 or older
  • reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
  • smartphone with data access
  • access to washer and dryer
  • ability to pass background check and drug screening
  • availability for 25-32 or more hours per week
  • ability to travel daily to service areas including Anthem, El Mirage, Glendale, Litchfield Park, Peoria, Phoenix, Surprise, Sun City, Sun City West, Vistancia, Waddell, and Youngtown

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • ability to communicate effectively in English
  • valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • experience in residential cleaning or similar role preferred
  • positive attitude and strong customer service skills
  • basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Duties

  • Provide high-quality cleaning services to residential properties
