Job Requirements
- A valid driver’s license
- A reliable personal vehicle with insurance
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Ability to twist, kneel, bend, and lift 20 lbs comfortably
- Commitment to full-time schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable insured personal vehicle
- Ability to pass a background check
Job Duties
- Clean homes thoroughly including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bathrooms and kitchens
- Follow safety protocols while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Drive between assigned service areas using a personal vehicle
- Provide excellent customer service through professional and courteous interactions
- Attend paid hands-on training sessions
- Participate in team meetings and company events
