Job Requirements
- Experience in residential cleaning for at least 2 years
- ability to commute to Santa Ana, CA 92707
- willingness to travel up to 25 percent of the time
- knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniques
- strong attention to detail
- ability to manage time efficiently
- good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in custodial work or residential/commercial cleaning is preferred
- knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment is an advantage
- strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require additional cleaning or maintenance

Job Duties
- Perform custodial duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to ensure all areas are clean and well-maintained

- conduct commercial cleaning in office spaces ensuring all surfaces are sanitized and presentable
