Cleaning partners can expect to start at $17.00 per hour, with incremental raises every 30 days based on their tenure and performance, up to $19.00 per hour. Team leads start higher, at $19.00 per hour, also receiving raise increments, with a potential top rate of $21.00 per hour. Workers also have the chance to earn additional income through tips and bonuses.
Employees are supported with company vehicles for work-related transportation, eliminating the need for personal vehicle use during work hours.
