Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Valid non-suspended driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle with valid insurance
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties such as standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling
- Fluent in reading, speaking, and writing English
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Comfortable working independently in client homes
- No allergies to pets or cleaning solutions
- Comfortable working around pets
- Ability to commute to or relocate to Charleston, SC 29406 prior to start date
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Comfortable with physical labor including lifting up to 50 pounds
- Basic proficiency in English reading, speaking, and writing
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards
- Positive attitude and reliability
Job Duties
- Clean residential and commercial properties following company standards
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently
- Maintain high attention to detail and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
