Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- able to communicate effectively with clients
- valid driver's license for team lead roles
- willingness to operate a company car
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous cleaning experience beneficial but not required
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to follow detailed instructions and processes
- good communication skills
- valid driver's license (for team leads)

Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow company cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage team schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure company car is stocked with supplies (for team leads)
- work as part of a team to achieve cleaning objectives
- provide excellent customer service to enhance client relationships
