Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physically capable of house cleaning tasks involving mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead work
- Available to work Monday through Friday from 7:45am to 4:45pm
- Valid driver’s license for company car use
- Ability to communicate with clients effectively
- Willingness to undergo training and follow proven cleaning processes
Job Qualifications
- No prior house cleaning experience required
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Physically able to perform cleaning duties including mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
- Valid driver’s license required to use company vehicle
- Bilingual abilities preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow established cleaning processes to ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage team schedules and drive safely if working as a team lead
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure company car is stocked with necessary supplies
- Provide excellent customer service to encourage repeat business
- Handle housekeeping tasks including mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and overhead cleaning
