Job Requirements

- Must own and be able to drive a personal vehicle
- Valid driver’s license
- Liability and auto insurance
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM
- Pass a basic drug test with no illegal drugs
- Pass criminal background and driving records check
- Ability to lift 15-25 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks
- No allergies to dust, pet hair, mold, mildew, and cleaning solutions
Job Qualifications
- Ability to differentiate cleaning products by color or name
- Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
- Effective communication skills with team members
- Experience in customer service or cleaning preferred
- Friendly personality with a desire to serve others
- Basic understanding of safety and cleaning protocols
Job Duties
- Perform thorough residential house cleaning services
- Follow customized cleaning instructions from service reports
- Communicate effectively with the team captain to meet customer expectations
- Use color-coded cleaning products safely and appropriately
- Drive personal vehicle to multiple job sites daily
- Maintain reliability and punctuality during scheduled work hours
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, and kneeling
