This role offers the opportunity to work Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, or holiday shifts required, making it ideal for those seeking a consistent day-time schedule. The role involves thorough cleaning of residential properties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing environments to meet customer expectations. Employees will receive paid training, paid holidays, paid vacations, dental insurance, and a generous $500 hiring bonus distributed in $100 increments over the first five months of employment. The pay range is from $450 to $600 weekly, with a weekly paycheck and mileage reimbursement between .28 and .45 cents per mile depending on gas prices.

Candidates must possess a vehicle, a valid driver’s license, liability and auto insurance, and be available to work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays. Attention to detail and good communication skills with the team leader are essential as employees will be responsible for reading and following customized cleaning instructions, distinguishing cleaning products by color or name, and ensuring client satisfaction through thorough service delivery. Physical stamina is required to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and manually washing hard surface floors.
