Job Requirements
- legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- availability to work Monday through Friday, 7am to 4pm
- valid driver’s license if driving company vehicle
- ability to communicate with clients if bilingual preferred

Job Duties
- clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- follow the company’s cleaning process and standards to ensure customer satisfaction
- manage the team’s schedule and drive safely if assigned as team lead
- maintain cleaning equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with necessary supplies if in a leadership role
