Job Requirements
- Live within 30 minutes of Carmel Valley, Del Mar, Mira Mesa, La Jolla, or Carmel Mountain
- Have a valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Physically able to lift 20 lbs and perform cleaning duties
- Speak, read, and write English fluently
- Pass a background check
- Consistently show up on time
Job Qualifications
- Fluent in English both spoken and written
- Ability to perform cleaning duties and lift 20 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and reliable car
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Ability to pass background check
- Commitment to teamwork and client service
- Previous cleaning experience preferred but not mandatory
Job Duties
- Clean 2-4 homes per day using a proven checklist system
- Work consistently with the same teammate(s)
- Serve luxury homes in neighborhoods like Del Mar, La Jolla, Carmel Valley
- Finish work by 3-4 PM most days
- Avoid nights or weekends
- Participate in paid training and follow company standards
- Maintain high-quality cleaning and customer service
