The role of House Attendant at Hotel Zoso is critical in supporting the housekeeping team to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and order throughout the property. This is a fast-paced position designed for individuals who take pride in their work and thrive in a dynamic environment. The House Attendant will be responsible for laundering linens, cleaning various textiles such as rugs, carpets, and draperies, as well as floors and common areas. In addition, the role involves transporting trash to disposal locations, ensuring that all designated areas of the hotel remain spotless and well-maintained. This position directly supports the overall housekeeping team, contributing significantly to the guest experience by ensuring that all guestrooms and public spaces meet the hotel’s strict standards.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Basic English proficiency
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Willingness to follow safety and sanitation protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Prior housekeeping or related cleaning experience preferred

Job Duties

  • Provide guests with professional, efficient, prompt, and courteous service
  • Clean and maintain all guestrooms to property specific standards
  • Clean and replenish designated number of rooms within assigned shift
  • Maintain supplies and organization of housekeeping cart
  • Check all rooms and report any damage, repair needs, or loss of supplies
  • Monitor cleanliness of all public areas both inside and outside the property
  • Attend all mandatory staff meetings and training sessions
  • Greet and warmly engage guests
  • Complete tasks as assigned by Housekeeping Manager and/or General Manager
