Job Requirements
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 30 pounds regularly
- ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach frequently throughout the shift
- ability to work in varying environmental conditions and use cleaning chemicals safely
- flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts

Job Qualifications
- previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- luxury hotel, inn, or resort experience is a plus
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- positive attitude with a strong guest-service mindset
- reliable attendance and punctuality required
- basic English communication skills required
- bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to property standards and daily productivity expectations
- change linens, make beds, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly
- ensure all rooms are properly staged and guest-ready prior to arrival
- inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation quality
- report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, hallways, storage rooms, and employee spaces as assigned
