Job Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- luxury hotel, inn, or resort experience is a plus
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- positive attitude with a strong guest-service mindset
- reliable attendance and punctuality required
- basic English communication skills required, bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
Job Duties
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, suites, and bathrooms according to property standards and daily productivity expectations
- change linens, make beds, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities
- dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly
- ensure all rooms are properly staged and guest-ready prior to arrival
- inspect rooms for cleanliness, maintenance issues, and presentation quality
- report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or lost and found items immediately
- assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas, hallways, storage rooms, and employee spaces as assigned
- support laundry operations or turndown service when needed
- provide courteous and professional interactions with guests and team members
- respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs
- maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
- follow all housekeeping procedures, chemical handling guidelines, and safety standards
- properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
- adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
- support sustainability and property cleanliness initiatives
