Job Qualifications

  • Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
  • luxury hotel inn or resort experience is a plus
  • strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms suites and bathrooms according to property standards and daily productivity expectations
  • change linens make beds replace towels and replenish guest amenities
  • dust vacuum sweep mop and sanitize all assigned areas thoroughly
  • ensure all rooms are properly staged and guest-ready prior to arrival
  • inspect rooms for cleanliness maintenance issues and presentation quality
  • report maintenance concerns safety hazards or lost and found items immediately
  • assist with maintaining cleanliness and presentation of public areas hallways storage rooms and employee spaces as assigned
  • support laundry operations or turndown service when needed
  • provide courteous and professional interactions with guests and team members
  • respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs
  • maintain guest privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • follow all housekeeping procedures chemical handling guidelines and safety standards
  • properly use and maintain housekeeping equipment and supplies
  • adhere to departmental productivity and quality standards
  • support sustainability and property cleanliness initiatives
