The hotel features 137 guest rooms and suites, inviting gathering spaces, and an onsite dining experience at the Mulberry Street Tavern. Lovers of history and style will find that Surety Hotel is both a destination of interest and a point of pride within the local community, offering an experience that honors the city’s rich heritage while simultaneously contributing to Des Moines's vibrant future.
