The Residence Inn Louisville, located at 120 N. Hurstbourne Pkwy in Louisville, KY, is currently seeking a dedicated House Attendant to join its team. This hourly position focuses on maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of designated areas and hotel equipment, with a strong emphasis on exceptional guest service. The role entails responsibilities such as buffing marble floors daily, shampooing carpets and furniture in public areas, assisting guests with luggage requests courteously and efficiently, and managing the hotel's "Lost and Found" items per hotel policies. Additional duties include cleaning guestrooms, supporting emergency procedures, ensuring proper maintenance and storage of hotel equipment, and completing special projects assigned by the Housekeeping Manager. The House Attendant must help create a welcoming environment that upholds the high standards of the Residence Inn brand, contributing directly to overall guest satisfaction. This role requires the ability to exert physical effort, including lifting, pushing, and pulling heavier objects, as well as maintaining a standing position for the duration of shifts.
