This role focuses on the Housekeeping position within Gaylord Hotels, particularly handling housekeeping and laundry responsibilities for maintaining the comfort and cleanliness of guest rooms. As a Non-Management full-time employee based at 1501 Gaylord Trail, Grapevine, Texas, this position requires a professional who takes pride in creating a pristine and welcoming environment for guests. The Housekeeping staff plays a crucial role by ensuring guest rooms are immaculate, order is maintained, and minor details are perfected—such as perfectly making beds, replenishing guest supplies, and keeping surfaces free of dust and marks. Beyond cleaning, this role also involves direct interaction with guests, greeting them politely, and addressing any immediate requests they might have, thereby directly contributing to the overall guest satisfaction and loyalty.
