We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Public Area Attendant to join our housekeeping team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our public hotel spaces following established brand and guest service standards. As a Public Area Attendant, you will be entrusted with performing a variety of cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, trash collection, linen handling, and organizing guest-facing areas. Beyond cleaning, the role involves engaging with guests in a courteous and friendly manner, addressing inquiries, and providing assistance to support overall guest satisfaction. You will also assist during peak periods or staffing shortages by covering room attendant duties, showcasing flexibility and teamwork.

The position offers a clear growth path toward roles such as Housekeeping Supervisor, Guest Service Agent, Executive Housekeeper, or Front Office Manager, highlighting the development opportunities within our hotel.
