The Housekeeping House Attendant role is integral to maintaining this high standard of hospitality and guest comfort. This full-time position primarily involves stocking linen rooms and storage areas with clean linens, responding promptly to guest requests, and assisting Guestroom Attendants with various tasks. It requires maintaining guest corridors, elevator landings, stairwells, and linen storage areas in impeccable condition at all times. This position demands individuals who have thorough knowledge of housekeeping operations combined with excellent communication skills and physical stamina. The Housekeeping House Attendant must be prepared to lift and handle weights up to 70 pounds, walk extensively, bend, and perform various tasks requiring manual dexterity. Flexibility in scheduling is also essential, with this role involving shifts during early mornings, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.

Job Requirements
- Physical mobility such as lifting, walking, bending and moving objects up to 70 lbs
- flexible schedule with ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays
- reading, writing and oral proficiency in English
- US work authorization
- ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism
- high school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of housekeeping with good communication skills
- positive attitude and willingness to learn
- ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- prior experience in a luxury hospitality setting is an asset
- proficiency in English, including reading, writing and oral communication
Job Duties
- Keeps all guest corridors and public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted
- makes sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free
- keeps all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas
- removes all trash from areas
- moves racks of clean rooms linen to guest room floors
- empties trash and dirty linen from guest room floors
- responds to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby
- can answer guest questions and direct them to the areas they desire to be in
- stocks linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities
- assists housekeepers as required
- helps move beds and furniture, turns mattresses, removes or hangs sheers and drapes
