Job Duties
- Clean showers and bathrooms in public and employee areas
- clean glass surfaces in public and employee areas
- clean floor surfaces in public and employee areas using designated chemicals and equipment
- dust surfaces in assigned areas
- empty trash containers, ashtrays, and ash urns in public areas into proper receptacles
- inspect furniture for damage, tears, or stains and report issues
- clean and maintain lighting fixtures
- place caution signs to reduce traffic when necessary
- contact other departments for urgent repairs
- respond promptly to guest and departmental requests
- identify and report preventive or maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms
