Responsibilities include cleaning and maintaining public hotel areas, inspecting assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, collecting and disposing of trash properly, vacuuming and dusting guest corridors, and handling linen by transporting it between hotel floors and laundry collection areas. Additionally, you will deliver clean linens to assigned sections and promptly report any maintenance issues to the relevant departments to uphold the safety and comfort of the hotel environment.

Beyond these operational duties, the housekeeper role actively supports guest service by greeting and acknowledging guests courteously, responding to inquiries, and assisting as necessary to promote guest satisfaction. The position may also require taking on the role of a room attendant during periods of staff shortages or peak occupancy times.
