SPIN! is currently hiring for several hourly team member restaurant positions, including servers, cashiers, line cooks, prep cooks, and bussers/dish washers. Each role carries unique responsibilities but shares a common theme of teamwork, professionalism, and a passion for excellent food and customer service.

The Server position involves managing food and drink service for all guests. Servers are expected to maintain a positive, friendly demeanor, stay organized, and possess the ability to think quickly and maintain composure even in busy situations. A unique personality and the capacity to handle multiple tasks efficiently are key traits for success in this role.

Cashiers at SPIN! do more than just take orders. They act as the first and last point of contact for guests, setting the tone for an enjoyable dining experience. An upbeat and helpful attitude is essential, as cashiers assist guests with orders, manage phone and to-go requests, and support servers as needed. Being comfortable in guest interactions while fostering a team-centered work ethic is vital.

The Line Cook and Prep Cook roles are integral to the kitchen operations, where team members may rotate between the prepare station, salad area, and oven. These cooks must adhere to SPIN!’s strict quality standards, pay attention to detail, and take pride in their work. Speed and positivity during high-volume periods are important for maintaining consistent service quality.

Busser/Dish Washer team members are responsible for supporting the smooth operation of the restaurant by bussing tables during peak hours, thoroughly cleaning dishes including pots and pans, and assisting kitchen staff with various tasks. Pride in completing duties effectively and a cooperative spirit are vital for this role.

Shift availability for all roles includes both AM and PM hours, offering flexibility for team members.   • ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Duties

  • take care of food and drink service for all guests
