  • Current certifications as needed
  • Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to wear uniforms and use personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • Ability to supervise and lead teams
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of safety, health, and sanitation procedures

  • Control labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
  • Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
