Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service is preferred
- Serve Safe Certification required
- Ability to lift and transport hot food items frequently
- Ability to work in a kitchen environment with heated equipment, steam, loud noise, and chemicals
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to wear uniforms and personal protective equipment

Job Duties
- Lead all aspects of and assist in preparation of food items for the day and dating products
- Coordinate and assist in setting up and breaking down stations designated by the manager
- Cook and prepare foods according to recipes and directions
- Use accurate portions when preparing and serving items
- Maintain daily temperature logs
- Take samples of all food items on the line before serving customers
- Alert management and remove food items that do not meet quality standards
- Complete opening and closing station checklists
- Greet customers at the serving line and handle complaints with a positive attitude
- Maintain a clean work station including floors, work areas, equipment, and refrigerators
- Ensure all utensils and work areas are cleaned and sanitized
- Dispose of waste accurately from the service line
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas
- Assist in daily safety observations and report hazards immediately
- Cross-train in different areas as needed
- Work in concessions, catering, and special events as required
- Perform tasks as assigned by the manager or Aramark management team
- Lead and advise employees on the line to ensure timely and effective customer service
