Full-time team members have access to retirement plans, health insurance options including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as life and disability insurance. Additional voluntary benefits include pet insurance, identity theft protection, and various insurance programs to meet the diverse needs of employees. Health and wellness programs, commuter benefits, flexible spending accounts, and discounted shopping programs further enhance the employee experience. Paid and unpaid time off benefits are also made available according to applicable laws, ensuring employees have opportunities for rest and personal time.

Overall, joining Morrison Healthcare as a Sous Chef at Texas Children’s Hospital means becoming part of a dedicated team that not only prepares meals but also supports patient recovery and quality of life through specialized nutrition and food service.
