Currently, Bon Appetit is hiring a full-time Hourly Shift Supervisor for their Intuit NYC Coffee Bar located at 51 Astor Place, Floor 3, New York, NY 10003. The position offers a competitive hourly wage of $32.00 and follows a Monday through Friday schedule with varying hours. This role requires previous barista experience and aims to find a motivated leader capable of overseeing daily shift operations within a busy coffee bar environment.

As an Hourly Shift Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for directing associate activities during shifts, ensuring that all assigned job expectations are met while upholding company policies and procedures. The role focuses heavily on training staff, managing work schedules, evaluating employee performance, and providing reinforcement including rewards or discipline as necessary. Additionally, the supervisor will prepare production or sales reports to maintain standards for quality, productivity, and safety. They will also act as the primary contact for employee concerns and requests such as time off, functioning as a mentor to develop and encourage staff toward career advancement within the organization.
