Job Description
The Kades Corporation is one of the largest McDonald’s franchise operators in the United States, proudly owning and managing 38 McDonald’s restaurants across the Beaumont and Houston areas. As a well-established franchise owner in the fast food industry, The Kades Corporation is recognized for its commitment to operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and career development opportunities. The company maintains a strong presence in the region by upholding McDonald’s high standards for quality food, service, and cleanliness, while fostering a positive work environment for its employees.
The Kades Corporation is currently seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join their team as Shift Managers. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about leading teams, improving operational efficiency, and advancing their careers within a dynamic and respected franchise. While prior McDonald’s experience is not mandatory, it is considered a valuable asset. The role offers an excellent opportunity for career growth, competitive wages starting at $15 per hour, and a generous benefits package that supports personal and professional development.
As a Shift Manager, you will take on a key leadership role, overseeing the daily operations of one of the franchise’s restaurants during your scheduled shift. Your responsibilities will include managing team members, ensuring food safety compliance, controlling inventory, maintaining quality standards, delivering exceptional customer service, and upholding safety and security protocols. Beyond operational tasks, you will also be involved in scheduling staff and providing training to ensure all employees work efficiently and in accordance with company policies.
This position is designed for driven individuals with proven leadership ability, a customer-centric mindset, and strong organizational skills. You will be expected to handle various situations professionally, including managing customer complaints and resolving issues swiftly to uphold the restaurant’s reputation. Flexibility to work different shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, is an essential requirement.
Working with The Kades Corporation means more than just a job; it means a pathway to career growth supported by paid training, development programs, and even opportunities to earn a free college degree through Colorado Technical University (CTU). Additional benefits such as a monthly bonus program, telehealth services, college tuition assistance, comprehensive health insurance with Blue Cross Blue Shield coverage, and vacation time further enhance the value of this role. Employee discounts and involvement in the Archways to Opportunity program also contribute to a supportive and rewarding workplace environment.
Overall, being a Shift Manager with The Kades Corporation offers not just an entry point into management but a meaningful career path within one of the largest and most respected McDonald’s franchisees in the nation. If you are a hungry leader ready to take ownership of operations and lead a team to success, this opportunity provides the platform, resources, and rewards that will help you grow both personally and professionally.
