Job Description

The Kades Corporation stands as one of the largest McDonald's franchise operators in the United States, owning and managing a total of 38 McDonald's restaurant locations across the Beaumont and Houston areas. This extensive presence in the fast-food industry demonstrates the corporation's commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. As a recognized and reputable franchisee, The Kades Corporation leverages its significant experience and resources to provide a supportive and growth-oriented workplace environment for its employees. The company's extensive portfolio allows for diverse career opportunities and fosters a culture where motivated individuals can thrive and advance within the fast-food sector.

We are currently seeking experienced and driven leaders to join our team as Shift Managers. This role is ideal for candidates eager to build a management career path and play a critical role in the daily operations of busy restaurant locations. While prior McDonald's experience is preferred, it is not mandatory, making this an excellent opportunity for leaders with a passion for team leadership and operational management to transition into this industry. The position is full-time, with competitive wages starting at $15 per hour, supplemented with numerous benefits and growth opportunities.

As a Shift Manager with The Kades Corporation, you will be entrusted with leading a team and ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant throughout your shift. Key responsibilities include maintaining high standards of food safety, managing inventory and quality controls, delivering exceptional customer service, and implementing safety and security protocols. Additionally, you will oversee scheduling and employee training, ensuring that all team members are prepared to deliver the best dining experience to customers. This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach to managing daily challenges and customer interactions.

Beyond the immediate operational duties, this position offers a significant pathway for career advancement through continuous training and development. The Kades Corporation supports its employees with paid training programs, leadership skill development, and even higher education opportunities such as a free college degree through Colorado Technical University (CTU). Comprehensive health benefits including Blue Cross Blue Shield for health, vision, and dental coverage are also part of the employment package. Employees enjoy additional perks like Telehealth services, monthly bonus programs with potential earnings of up to $4,800 annually, paid vacation time of up to two weeks, and exclusive employee discounts. This comprehensive benefits program underscores the company’s dedication to employee well-being and professional growth.

As a member of The Kades Corporation team, you will be part of a thriving franchise that values strong leadership, customer service excellence, and operational efficiency. If you are a proven leader ready to take ownership of restaurant operations and eager to grow within a supportive and resource-rich environment, this opportunity is tailored for you. The company emphasizes professionalism, team spirit, and dedication to quality, making it a rewarding place to build a career in restaurant management.
