Job Description

This job posting is for a Shift Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. This franchisee is a separate company and employer from McDonald's USA, licensed to use McDonald's logos, food products, and branding but independently responsible for all employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staff supervision, scheduling, and discipline.
