Job Requirements

- Ability to work flexible hours

- Experience in a fast-paced restaurant, retail, or hospitality setting preferred

Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance
- Ensure team meets McDonald’s standards of quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for their shift
- Manage food safety, inventory, daily maintenance, crew scheduling, training, and exceptional customer service
