As a Team Member at Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen through Supreme Cajun Foods, you will work closely with the Restaurant General Manager, Hourly Shift Manager, and fellow Team Members to provide guests with an outstanding dining experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers warmly, taking and expediting food orders accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean, safe, and sanitary environment throughout the restaurant. Handling cash transactions with precision is also a critical part of this role, ensuring guests receive correct change and that the cash register balances at the end of shifts.

The working environment includes narrow walkways, hard surfaces such as shelves, tables, racks, floors, and counters. Team Members must be prepared to work around hot surfaces, hot grease/oil, hot water, and LED lighting, which requires attention to safety and adherence to established procedures. This position demands physical activity, including lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds, and the ability to operate timers and cash register keypads effectively.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to follow written and oral instructions, interact courteously with customers, and collaborate productively with other team members, hourly shift coordinators, and district managers.
