As an hourly team member at SPIN!, you will be an integral part of delivering an exceptional dining experience. SPIN! offers multiple positions including Server, Cashier, Line Cook, Prep Cook, and Bus/Dishwasher, each playing a crucial role in the restaurant's daily operation. Servers are responsible for food and drink service, maintaining composure, and exhibiting a unique personality while working efficiently. Cashiers serve as the first and last point of contact for guests, helping with orders, handling phone and to-go orders, and supporting the team. Line and Prep Cooks work behind the scenes in various kitchen roles ensuring everyone receives food made to SPIN!'s high standards with speed and precision. Bus/Dishwasher team members help keep the restaurant environment clean and efficient by bussing tables and managing dishwashing responsibilities.

Job Requirements
- availability for AM or PM shifts
- ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks
- must be at least 18 years old for cashier position
- strong team player work ethic
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to remain organized and calm under pressure
- reliable transportation to work
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service or hospitality is a plus
- ability to maintain a positive and friendly attitude
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling payments
- knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices and willingness to learn
Job Duties
- take care of food and drink service for all guests
- greet and assist guests with orders in a friendly manner
- manage cash register and handle phone and to-go orders
- prepare and assemble pizzas, salads, and other menu items according to specifications
- clean dishes, pots, pans, and buss tables during peak volume
- maintain a clean and organized workspace
- work effectively as a team player during busy periods
