The Restaurant Manager at Raising Cane's plays a critical role in supporting the Restaurant Leader with the day-to-day management of the restaurant to uphold the company’s standards and culture. This full-time position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20 to $20.75, depending on location and experience, and includes a comprehensive benefits package for eligible employees. Responsibilities include overseeing shift management operations, ensuring excellent food safety and quality standards, managing cash handling processes, and fostering a positive environment for customers and crew alike. The job requires working in a fast-paced kitchen environment involving physical tasks like walking, standing, lifting, and bending, along with exposure to varied temperatures and the use of personal protective equipment.

The Restaurant Manager also plays an essential leadership role, acting as the manager on duty, opening and closing the restaurant, directing crewmembers, enforcing company policies, and ensuring seamless restaurant operations during shifts. This leadership position demands someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and be adept at using technological systems such as Microsoft Office to support operational activities. Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to work a variety of shifts including days, evenings and weekends
  • able to travel as needed for work-related functions and training
  • must complete all required raising cane's company training programs
  • self-driven, flexible and highly energetic
  • able to recognize problems and execute plans to solve them

Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • detail-oriented and organized
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with technology systems including Microsoft Office
  • ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management

Job Duties
