The company is currently hiring for the role of Restaurant Manager, a pivotal position within the restaurant’s operations. The Restaurant Manager will work in a fast-paced and physically active environment where tasks include managing operations, supervising crewmembers, handling cash, and maintaining operational standards. The role involves both indoor and outdoor work amidst varied temperatures and exposure to food products, allergens, and commercial cleaning agents. Job Qualifications

  • 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
  • strong written and verbal communication skills

  • knowledge in staffing, scheduling, people and cost management
  • proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • ability to learn and adapt to new technology systems
  • able to work independently and collaboratively
  • flexible and self-driven with high energy levels

Job Duties

  • Ensure operations meet Raising Cane's standards in all restaurant zones during a shift
  • act as manager on duty and open and close the restaurant
  • manage cash handling and ensure accountability
  • enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
  • execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
  • direct crewmembers during a shift
  • provide exemplary customer service
