With a goal to be a Top 10 Restaurant Brand nationwide, Raising Cane's prioritizes cultivating a team-oriented culture, exceptional customer service, and operational excellence. The employment opportunity provided is for full-time Restaurant Managers, who are pivotal in supporting the Restaurant Leader to manage daily restaurant operations while maintaining Raising Cane's high standards and robust company culture. The position offers an initial pay rate starting at $18 per hour, with pay rates influenced by location, experience, and more. The key responsibilities involve overseeing operations across all zones of the restaurant during shifts, managing cash handling duties, opening and closing the restaurant as manager on duty, and enforcing company policies. Restaurant Managers also lead and direct the Crewmember team, provide superior customer service, and utilize rewards and recognition programs to motivate staff. Additionally, they are responsible for maintaining cleanliness, ensuring the facility is properly maintained, authorizing manager-level employee functions, and documenting daily operations to support continuous improvement. Raising Cane's offers an attractive benefits package for full-time restaurant managers, including comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy benefits, life and disability insurance, and flexible spending accounts for healthcare and dependent care. Managers also have access to 401(k) plans with employer match for those 21 and older, financial advising for budgeting and retirement planning, tuition reimbursement, gym memberships, employee assistance programs, and unique perks such as pet insurance and employee discount programs. The company also provides attractive perks such as weekly pay, competitive salaries with monthly bonuses, paid time off including sick leave, and eight paid holidays annually. Raising Cane's fosters a casual work environment with early closure on company event days, encouraging work-life balance and employee engagement. This role is suited for highly organized, detail-oriented individuals who are self-driven and adaptable, able to effectively juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic restaurant setting. Strong communication skills, technological proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in staffing, scheduling, and cost management are critical. The position requires flexibility in working shifts including days, evenings, and weekends, and may involve travel for training or work-related functions. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a minimum of one year of restaurant or retail management experience. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
