- Strong understanding of hourly workforce management and scheduling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
- Experience with workforce management software and point-of-sale systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflict effectively preferred
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to hourly employees preferred
- Previous experience in a multi-unit or high-volume operational setting preferred
Job Duties
- Supervise and support hourly employees to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
- Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
- Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations
- Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly staff to promote professional growth
- Address and resolve employee and customer issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with senior management to implement operational improvements and meet business goals
- Maintain accurate records related to attendance, performance, and operational activities
