Job Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail, hospitality, or service environment
  • Strong understanding of hourly workforce management and scheduling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
  • Experience with workforce management software and point-of-sale systems preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams and manage conflict effectively preferred
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance related to hourly employees preferred
  • Previous experience in a multi-unit or high-volume operational setting preferred

Job Duties

  • Supervise and support hourly employees to maintain high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction
  • Manage employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during all shifts
  • Monitor daily operations to ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality expectations
  • Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to hourly staff to promote professional growth
  • Address and resolve employee and customer issues promptly and effectively
