Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand for extended periods

- Control the labor costs by supervising daily staffing levels while driving efficiency from all staff
- Retain control of production costs, supply costs, and inventory by adhering to all standards of operation
- Audit service and quality on a regular basis
- Adhere to all standards and established tracking procedures daily
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Supervise teamwork and service regularly
- Manage day-to-day employee issues professionally while following company policies
- Support and implement training programs to develop employee skills, build repeat business, grow revenue, and improve morale
- Assist in annual employee reviews and manage interim performance issues
- Ensure accurate adherence to time and attendance procedures
- Maintain staffing levels consistent with established guidelines and adjust based on business needs
- Train employees according to company standards for safety, health, and sanitation procedures
