Job Description
Towne Home Care is a distinguished and award-winning agency that has been a trusted provider of compassionate and reliable home care services for over 15 years. Based in Scottsdale, this esteemed company specializes in elderly care, focusing on maintaining the dignity, emotional well-being, and psychological comfort of seniors within the familiarity of their own homes. Their commitment to offering quality care in a home setting sets them apart in the home health care industry, where personalized attention is paramount, and standard facility-based care models often fall short of addressing the unique needs of older adults. Towne Home Care employs dedicated caregivers including DCWs (Direct Care Workers), CNAs (Certified Nursing Assistants), and Home Health Aides who share the passion for uplifting lives through attentive and respectful care._
This job opportunity invites compassionate DCWs, CNAs, or Home Health Aides to join the Towne Home Care team in Scottsdale. The role involves delivering a variety of health care services directly in patients' residences, ensuring clients receive not only medical assistance but also the warmth and companionship that foster mental and emotional health. Applicants will be responsible for assisting clients with everyday personal care activities, performing domestic tasks, supporting mobility and physical therapy exercises, and offering vital companionship to improve their quality of life. Towne emphasizes technology use to facilitate caregiving tasks by leveraging smartphone applications for case management and timekeeping, while also supporting caregivers through dedicated coordinators and nurses available around the clock. This position offers a flexible schedule, weekly pay, and medical insurance options after 90 days, providing an attractive employment package for both experienced professionals and new graduates seeking valuable experience in home health care. The pay rate generally starts at $20 per hour, subject to specific case details and client needs. New team members are encouraged to grow within a supportive environment that prioritizes both caregiver and client well-being, making Towne Home Care an ideal workplace for those who aspire to make a meaningful difference in the field of elderly care.
