Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 18 years of age
- Forklift operator certification or willingness to obtain certification
- Open shift availability for overnight hours
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks including frequent movement and lifting up to 30 pounds
- Ability to maintain required training and certifications
- Basic computer literacy including MS Word, MS Excel, and email communication
Job Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge
- High school diploma, college degree, and/or big box wholesale, retail, grocery and/or management experience is preferred
- Forklift operator required
- Prior forklift operating and merchandising experience preferred but not required
- At least 18 years of age
- Open shift availability required
- Must maintain all training and required certifications
Job Duties
- Lead overnight merchandising execution with purpose
- Support execution of merchandising tasks
- Support operational readiness through overnight execution
- Maintain merchandise presentation and availability
- Execute company directives with precision
- Identify opportunities to enhance sales
- Maintain building and equipment readiness
- Model and enforce safe equipment usage
- Drive safety and sanitation compliance
- Ensure proper execution of inventory controls
- Promote audit readiness and compliance
- Utilize reporting tools to prioritize and validate execution
- Support cross-functional collaboration
- Comply with club policies and procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Maintain regular, predictable, full attendance
