The Front Desk Agent role is central to our hotel’s operations and guest satisfaction. Serving as the ultimate guest experience guru, you will master the art of warm welcomes, seamless check-ins, and gracious farewells. You will juggle multiple tasks including processing reservations, handling guest requests, and addressing unexpected situations with poise and professionalism. Job Requirements
- Open availability preferred
- Willingness to work holidays and weekends
- Willingness to learn Night Audit procedures
- Ability to cover overnight shifts from 11 PM to 7 AM
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hospitality preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-ins and check-outs
- Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure seamless service
- Resolve guest issues quickly with a positive attitude
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and daily reports
- Perform Night Audit duties and cover overnight shifts as required
