Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license
One month of related experience or combined education and experience
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 100 pounds
Willingness to work flexible AM and PM shifts
Capability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or GED
Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
One month of related experience or combination of education and experience
Understanding of customer service principles
Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
Ability to perform basic math involving American currency and time formats
Familiarity with manual transmission and parallel parking is highly desirable

Job Duties

Maintain a pleasant, professional demeanor, greeting every guest within five feet with a smile
Use guest names in conversation
Welcome guests with the salutation of the day and adhere to proper phone etiquette
Remain stationed in designated areas when tasks are complete
Park and retrieve vehicles and assist with luggage as needed
Ensure doors are opened for guests at all times
Assist guests with inquiries regarding directions, transportation, reservations, and local attractions
Transport guests between designated areas when necessary
Explain parking rates and procedures upon guest arrival
Accurately manage claim checks and vehicle information for smooth service
