Towne Park offers rewarding career opportunities that go beyond just a paycheck, emphasizing the value of making a difference every day through acts of kindness, attentiveness, and support.
The role of Hotel Valet Service Associate at Towne Park is more than a typical hospitality position; it is a chance to engage closely with guests and provide an outstanding customer experience. This role involves responsibilities such as parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently, offering assistance with luggage during arrivals and departures, and warmly welcoming guests with professionalism and friendliness. The Hotel Valet Service Associate is expected to maintain a pleasant demeanor, address guests by name, and be knowledgeable about hotel services, transportation options, and local attractions. This position requires a high level of attentiveness, reliability, and physical endurance as it involves standing for long periods, lifting heavy objects, and working outdoors under varying weather conditions.
Towne Park offers competitive compensation with hourly pay ranging from $9 to $10, plus additional tips ranging from $5 to $10 per hour based on performance, reflecting the company’s commitment to rewarding excellent customer service. Flexibility is key in this position, with the opportunity to work both AM and PM shifts to fit various scheduling needs. Eligible employees may enroll in a variety of benefits including accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and participation in the company’s 401k retirement savings plan. These offerings demonstrate Towne Park’s dedication to supporting the overall well-being and financial security of its workforce.
This position requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license. Experience in customer service, even if just one month, or a blend of education and experience is necessary. Proficiency in English communication and basic math, familiarization with American currency, time formats, and knowledge of manual transmission and parallel parking skills are highly valued. Employees must be prepared to exert up to 100 pounds of force at times and may need to travel up to 5% of the time. This comprehensive role is designed for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy creating positive guest experiences, and want to be part of a supportive team focused on hospitality excellence.
