Job Description

Towne Park is a leading parking management company dedicated to providing exceptional parking and guest services to customers at a variety of venues including hotels, airports, and event centers. Known for its commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction, Towne Park prides itself on delivering a seamless experience that combines professionalism with efficiency. As a team-oriented company, Towne Park places strong emphasis on employee development, competitive compensation, and fostering a positive work environment.

The role of a Guest Service Associate at Towne Park is vital to maintaining the company's reputation for superior hospitality and efficient service delivery. This role requires an individual who exemplifies friendliness, attentiveness, and professionalism while engaging with guests. The primary responsibility of a Guest Service Associate is to park and retrieve vehicles safely and promptly while assisting guests with their luggage and other specific needs during their arrival and departure. This position demands excellent interpersonal skills as well as the ability to handle various guest inquiries, including information on parking rates, facility amenities, and local attractions.

Candidates for the Guest Service Associate position will be required to work primarily on weekends with shift hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am, Thursday through Sunday. The compensation package includes an hourly base pay of approximately $16 per hour, complemented by an additional $18 to $20 per hour in tips, presenting a substantial earning opportunity. Towne Park also offers several benefits such as accident insurance, critical illness insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, telemedicine services, and a 401k retirement savings plan for eligible employees. However, these benefits depend on employment classification, length of employment, and hours worked, with seasonal and temporary roles excluded from eligibility.

In this role, associates are expected to uphold Towne Park's standards by maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor, greeting guests courteously using their last names when known, and providing assistance with bell services and luggage handling. The job requires adherence to a high standard of safety protocols when operating vehicles, including driving cautiously and opening vehicle and hotel doors for guests. Additional responsibilities include assisting guests with directions, reservations, taxi services, and shuttle needs.

A Guest Service Associate is also tasked with managing parking operations such as issuing claim checks, recording vehicle and guest information accurately, collecting parking fees when necessary, and ensuring that every aspect of the parking process is completed efficiently to enhance the guest experience. Candidates should be capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions and meet physical demands such as lifting up to 100 pounds, standing or walking for extended periods, and performing tasks requiring mobility like climbing stairs or stooping.

This position is ideal for individuals seeking a dynamic customer service role within a respected company, offering the chance to interact closely with guests while contributing to operational success. Towne Park values employees who bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to exceptional guest service, providing an environment where they can thrive and grow in their careers.
